My name is Diana and I am Alison's sister.  I too grew up in rural Vermont but left in 1986 as sunshine and warm ocean breezes were calling my name.  After a 15 year career in the Yachting Industry, I turned to real estate as my second career in Palm Beach County.  My focus was on waterfront properties with private docks and marinas from residential to condominiums to townhomes.  In 2012 I wanted to get back to my rural roots and two lane roads and moved back to Vermont joining my sister in her real estate firm.  I live in the City of Rutland and love it!!  I specialize in residential whether it's the City, the Mountains or Lakefront.  Vermont is a beautiful State in all it's four seasons.  I do still have my Florida license and could also help if you are looking for a seasonal rental or to purchase your Winter hideaway or your retirement home.
