When we made the decision to sell our house we interviewed several potential agents and agencies. What was made very clear to us by everyone we spoke to was is this was a very difficult market and it was not going to be easy. Alison worked her tail off for me. At least once a week she prepared and emailed me a listing cart (we took to calling them the lunch cart) of properties that were within my price range and location for me to review. I'd picked some that I wanted to visit and Alison would usually have the site visits arranged within a day or two. I relied heavily on her knowledge of the area and the housing market in general to determine whether a prospect was in a "good" neighborhood, a good "value" for the money and ultimately whether it was a good investment.

Alison also made it a point to get to know me and what I was looking for in a new home. She was not shy about "steering" me away from a house that she felt would not suit me in the long term or one that would require lots of renovation. Finding and buying a new home (my first in this instance) was an arduous, time-consuming and sometimes frustrating process but Alison stuck with me all the way. Despite a couple of early set-backs Alison was always confident that we would find the perfect home for me and she was true to her word - I have. I didn't know Alison before all this all started but now we are good friends - I don't think I can give any better reference than that.

Alison sold a piece of challenging corporate property for me.   She was extremely professional, and it was a pleasure working with her.   She is honest, straight forward and listens to your needs and goals.  Whether you are buying or selling a property, I would recommend her for any real estate transaction you may have.
